Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days before shipping. During high-demand periods or events, processing may take a little longer — we'll do our best to keep you updated.

Shipping Methods and Costs

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Estimated delivery time after your order ships is typically 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its progress.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at info@buteekh.org with your order number and we'll work with you to sort it out.

International Shipping

We don't currently offer international shipping, but we hope to expand as we grow. Follow us for updates.
